Florida, South Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Michigan, Utah, Pennsylvania, Alabama, South Dakota, Louisiana, Idaho, Washington and Colorado joined together this afternoon to sue the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services, Treasury, and Labor.
The suit was filed in Pensacola, FL as soon as President Obama signed into law the offensive legislation that passed the House Sunday night.
